There are many Narcolepsy Support Groups throughout the U.S., and throughout the world. We maintain a database of active Support Groups, persons interested in starting up Support Groups, and local contact people who are not part of a Support Group but who are happy to provide one-on-one support to other people with narcolepsy in their areas.

The privacy of our Support Group leaders is of utmost importance to us and to them. Therefore, the listing provided below does not include personal contact information. Anyone interested in finding or starting an in-person support group should contact NN for further information and/or assistance:

ONLINE SUPPORT

A number of websites offer people with narcolepsy the opportunity to participate in online chats or discussion groups. Many people find that “talking” to others with narcolepsy is reassuring, and provides lifestyle information that is helpful. However, be aware that information available through these online discussion groups does not constitute medical advice. Always seek expert medical advise before modifying the treatment prescribed by your physician.
