About the speakers:

Stanwood Chang

Stanwood Chang studies three different styles of tai chi, and has been a tai chi/qigong instructor since 2007. He has taught in numerous tai chi research studies conducted through Harvard Medical School, and is in the 11th year of leading a class for persons with Parkinson’s disease. Stanwood is the founder of his own school, the Red Panda Tai Chi Institute, and is also the Program Manager for the teacher training program at the Tree of Life Tai Chi Center, based in Watertown, MA.

Paige Arnof-Fenn

Paige Arnof-Fenn began practicing tai chi at Tree of Life in 2005 based on a recommendation from an alternative practitioner to help her improve balance from neurological issues. She started with regular classes and after several years learned the choreography of 1 form there. During the pandemic Paige joined 2 other studios online so was able to practice daily which has been a silver lining over the past 3 years. When not practicing tai chi she runs a global branding and digital marketing firm Mavens & Moguls in Cambridge, MA.
