The holidays can be hard, but you are not alone.

Staying awake, managing naps, and determining self-care strategies. You may be coping with travel disruptions, managing medication adjustments, changing normal eating habits, altering sleep hygiene, or spending time with some family or friends who do not understand our experiences. On Instagram this week, we asked you:
Why are the holidays challenging for you?
“I want to be a part of family gatherings, but I get so tired…”
“I don’t want to fall asleep and miss out on activities”
“Fear of not being accepted with my narcolepsy diagnosis or I’m faking it”
