Our speakers:

Dr. Jason Ong is a clinical psychologist who specializes in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. His primary research interest is developing and testing non-pharmacological treatments for sleep disorders, including mindfulness meditation and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Dr. Denise Nelson received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from UCLA. For the past 20 years, she has been a clinical instructor at UCLA. This has involved supervising psychiatry residents and psychology interns in CBT at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She also maintains a busy private practice in Los Angeles, and is the mother of a daughter with narcolepsy.
