Community Stories

The act of giving voice to your experience makes visible an invisible disorder. Sharing your story helps others living with narcolepsy and/or idiopathic hypersominia know that they are not alone. Community stories also help to educate the public, whether it be educators, physicians, researchers, policy makers, friends, or family.

Journaling is a great way to process different aspects of living with narcolepsy and/or idiopathic hypersomnia. Want to tell us about your journey? Share Your Story.
