Patients Are Needed for Clinical Trial

Flamel, part of the Avadel Pharmaceuticals, is looking for subjects to participate in their clinical trial – REST-ON; evaluating their once nightly sodium oxybate (FT218for the treatment of Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (EDS) and cataplexy in narcolepsy. FT218 is dosed only once at bedtime.

Patients with a diagnosis of narcolepsy who meet certain study criteria may be eligible to participate in our clinical trial. These criteria can include your previous and current treatments for narcolepsy.

  • You do not need medical insurance to participate in a clinical trial or to receive clinical trial related medical care.

Flamel is committed to prioritizing the dignity, rights, and safety of all patients who participate in its clinical trials.

Find a Participating Sleep Center:

Flamel is working with a partner company called Link2Trials. If you visit the Link2Trials website you will learn:

  • Which sleep centers are participating in the REST-ON study.
  • You will have the option of completing a questionnaire to assess if you might be eligible to participate in the study.
  • If you are, you can opt to have your information sent to a sleep center closest to you for further determination of suitability.
  •  If you do not live close to a sleep center, travel support can be provided. This travel support will allow you (and if required a family member/support person) to travel to and from the sleep center for the duration of the clinical trial.
