I feel way more tired during my mentstrual cycle!
I guess it makes sense....because fatigue during menstrual cycle is a symptom for women without N.
So those of us with N will have that fatigue ON TOP of our normal fatigue.
Are you able to supplement your regular stimulant dose?
I take Concerta and if I need a boost I can take some short acting ritalin.
I don't supplement unless I really need to. But it really helps if you've got something going on in the evening and you feel totally zonked.
I also find that eating foods high in Iron during my cycle helps a lot too.

Hi Sleepy Days,
I can if I need to, but I usually take the weekends off. I need to keep a tolerance in check. I am worried I will be taking 170 mg Vyvanse by the year end lol
