N w/ C for 2 1/2 years now. 6'2" 168lbs want to put weight back on like i used to have before xyrem (177lbs)
I'm stoping xyrem, and am going all gluten free/low sugar for a while to see if it helps me. (What vitamins should i take?)
What are good foods to eat.. breakfast/lunch/dinner foods. Need to gain healthy weight, eat vegetables and meats and have a good balanced meals without gluten. any advice? If someone can name different good drinks & foods through out the week. And does cross contamination effect me? I'm not celiac. I might be intolerant, I'm not sure. But I want to stay away from gluten for a long time to see. Would the smallest bit of gluten throw me of corse? Info is sweet!
