i'm currently in my third year of nursing school and i was just diagnosed with narcolepsy over the summer. This semester also happens to be the worst semester of nursing school. I am prescribed 10 mg of ritalin 3 times a day (although i end up having to take it 4 times a day since it wears off so fast). I've been having a lot of trouble staying awake despite the medication and having an awful time waking up in the morning. Does anyone have any advice for pre-finals stress on waking up and staying awake?
