I've been on it for about 4 1/2 - 5 months and am still waiting to notice any benefit. How about you?

What dose are you on/ Are you not eating for 2-3 hours before taking it? I understand it can take awhile in some, in others its a quicker response, maybe depending on the severity of your sleep debt.

I am on 4.5 2x per night. And I always wait 2-3 hours before taking it. So it either won't work for me or I must have one heck of a sleep debt to pay off. I just wish there was some way to gauge where I'm at.

I'm at 3.75x2 and although I don't need an alarm anymore (either of them) I am just as tired if not more. Noticed this morning that not even my higher morning dose of Addy couldnt keep me awake for my ride into work, :(

At first I though just being able to be awake in the am to get up was great. But, now I wake an hour before I need to (4:30am!!!!)and I am just so very tired. I think I may try the 3x plan. I need more then 6.5/7 hours of sleep a night!
