I have recurring dreams that I am not able to walk, like my legs will not be able to take a step unless I drag myself or lift my legs with my arms. Always wondered what that meant. Now I have possible N and was wondering if anyone else experiences this. Never felt that I was actually having sleep paralysis, but wondering if I was experiencing it while dreaming about it. Constantly falling asleep while driving but never just randomly fall asleep ...so thought it was silly when Dr mentioned N. Having the MSLT this week.

I sometimes have dreams like that, where I can't walk and end up pulling myself along a fence or something, or moving my legs. But then again, my sister has had dreams like that and she doesn't have N

I have had 'sleep attacks' in my dreams, like I'll be doing something or talking to someone and get extremely sleepy and just pass out. I've also dreamed inside of a dream, Inception-like... that's always a little bit trippy. I'll be dreaming, then dream that I woke up, then I'll wake up for real.
