Also, if you haven't been able to find a sleep doctor that you are happy with, and are near Atlanta, I highly recommend the Emory Sleep center. Dr. Rye\Trotti\Collop are leading the country in research in Narcolepsy\RLS\Hypersomnia... and they are super helpful and friendly. I have been to 4 different sleep clinics in Atlanta over the years and after not being able to help me they all said I need to go to Emory because "if anyone can help you, they can".

P.S. When you go there tell them I sent you...rumor is they will give you a free lollipop ;-D
