A question to think about. Do you ever find something intresting to do each day just so that if anyone asks you don't have to answer that you wasted the whole day (or slept)?

I try to find something interesting to do just to do something interesting. I've given up on trying to hide from others what a waste my life is.
I try to do that for myself, but I have given up on caring what other people think. I don't sleep a lot anyway but I'm too tired to do things 6 out of 7 days a week. Two and a half years ago when I got my test results back I called all my friends and family members and told them they owed my an apology for calling my lazy, couch potatoe etc... We did all get a good laugh but I wanted them to understand, but you know some people never will. I got things like just eat better and go back to working out and you won't be so tired, and most of these people sleep more then me, but they don't have that dragging tired feeling. At that point I was just like some people will never get it, but I'm glad I have an answer to why I'm am so tired all of the time.
Do interesting things because you want to, but it makes you feel good, not for anyone else!

No, I try to do something interesting every day so that I have something else to focus on other than the sleepiness and the frustration that the sleepiness is neverending. It's more for me than for anyone else.

It isn't easy. There are some days when I do want to curl up in a ball and do nothing, or just sit and home and go between watching tv and napping without ANY single obligation. For me, these days happen when I've gone several days feeling as if I'm not able to get everything done that I would like to, or I've gone to bed at 9pm again instead of spending a precious hour with my husband because I just cannot keep my eyes open. I figure those are the days where the phsychological effects are getting to me and the feelings of mild depression are beginning to try to take over. Those are the days it's even more important to fight for yourself.
