Hello everyone!
I am an advocate for sleep health and I would like to help start a support group in the mid-Michigan area. It would be extremely helpful to hear from anyone that might attend a support group meeting, anyone that has any ideas or experience starting/running a successful meeting, and anyone that would like to help.
