This group is open to anyone diagnosed with narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia
or who has been referred for a sleep study for possible narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia.
We meet monthly and talk , share resources and snacks
Family members and significant others are always welcome.
