You may want to look at this previous thread
It contains a number of name and addresses of hospitals, clinics and consultants.
If you can afford private treatment - then probably the London Sleep Centre is your best bet.
If you are NHS , then I would say:
Lung Function Unit (and Sleep Study),
Royal Brompton Hospital,
Fulham Road,
London SW3 6HP
