This is one of Andre's favorite late night treats.
you will need:
12 Oreo double stuff cookies
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups milk
2 pkg (3.9oz each) chocolate flavor instant pudding
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
2 cups whipped topping Thawed and divided
Hot fudge topping
1/4 cup Reese's pieces candy (or your favorite)
In a small mixing bowl crush cookie and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 8 inch square pan. In a large bowl, place peanut butter and slowly add milk and vanilla with a wire wisk until well blended. Add pudding mixes and beat 2 minutes or until blended (mixture will be thick). Stir in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread onto prepared crust and top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. When your ready to serve, microwave hot fudge topping as directed on package then drizzle over desert. Sprinkle with Reese's then enjoy. be sure to refrigerate left overs.
