I have hallucinations and/or sleep paralysis (sometimes together sometimes not) only once in a while, 1-3 times a month.
is that often enough to qualify for nacrolepsy?
Sometimes, when i get paralysis while falling asleep, i will get it 5 times in a row, and have to make myself get out of bed and take a walk to "snap out of it", even though just getting up is a task on its own.
I also have muscle weakness (catalaxy) very rarely, when i laugh. (it happend a lot when i was younger).
i will also have urges to sleep, my head will get heavy and i have to lay down a few times a day, but i will usually not fall into sleep and just end up laying down in a near-sleep state with my head spinning.
Add to that my inablity to ever feel refreshed and alert.
So.. do you guys think i have nacrolepsy?
Im not sure because of the sleep paralysis not being a regular thing, but only happening once in a while so this may indicate its caused by stress or something else right?..

All sounds like it could be symptoms of narcolepsy, but I would leave the answer up to the test results and what your doctor says.

Most doctors will not give a dx of Narcolepsy without atleast a sleep study followed by a daytime (MSLT) study.

Hope you get the answers you are searching for!
Blessings.
