Hi Debbie!
biofeedback is amazing, and I wish they would do more studies on it. Have you heard of
Binaural Beats?
I have tried binaural beats to be effective...
I'm still playing around with it.

No I haven't heard of binaural beats. (I read your earlier post) Is it something you administer yourself? And is it something that you need to do ongoing or for a set # of "treatments"?
Have you heard about neurofeedback training as well? Here is a site describing it. http://www.eeginfo.com It sounds very appealing to me (both do). The 2 people that I have talked to that have used it for N say that they experienced significant improvements. (One is still going thru treatments and the other is about 3 months post treatment completion).
